Just get a couple of pallets for free from a local warehouse and then sand them and nail them togethet. Hey presto - A far more stylish Tv Stand.

Load of space underneath? :laughing: I wouldn't fit a quarter of my under TV stuff on that. Also great if you want to sit on the floor and watch TV :neutral_face:

I've got this in black, I spent weeks trying to find a stand that would fit into the small space I needed but still accommodate a decent TV and also not have sharp edges, I looked through literally hundreds on specialist websites and considered getting a custom build before I came across this, but I wouldn't stump up the price of over £200 they were wanting everywhere, so I found a brand new but "damaged" one for £70 which was a bargain at the time . only had one scratch on the front. It's a really well built and sturdy piece of kit, good for hiding cables also. Not sure about it in red like

Actually the one I got was a bit different it was the one that you can mount the TV to with the spine thing that runs up it.

I don't know if anyone has noticed but under the delivery part it says normally dispatched within 2-4 weeks.

I'm so relieved to know that this stand is suitable for both LCD and plasma TVs. It's so frustrating finding a stand for plasmas, I can only find LCD stands nowadays.

tv size is supposed to go by the size of your room.not sitting 4 feet away from a 60inch tv etc..so a 42 is a great size for most living rooms..go onto richer sounds site and have a look at there viewing chart for distance from your tv .

Ive got this in black, lovely stand. Ive got a 42" Panny on mine, and with TVs getting that much lighter now, you could put a bigger TV on this no problem, as long as the TV is supported centrally, and not corner mounts. It will just overhang at each side. Im looking at 55" TV's now to put on this very stand.

are those dimensions correct? 320mm seems pretty small- would that give 160mm per shelf? Dont think my amp would fit....

First look. Not sure if it's staying there, but so far, I like it. Still got other work to do. My TV was on the wall, now I got to fill holes and re-wallpaper that strip :disappointed:

Well I for one think it looks pretty naff, but everyone has their own view of what looks good and what looks naff. Judging by the look of your holes on the wall you appear to have had your TV at what I would say was an ideal viewing height and not so high as you are looking up to it that so many seem to do. I would give it a couple of weeks to settle in before I filled in those holes you might need them again.

Has anyone received theirs yet? I am still waiting a month on...

So the table arrived today out of the blue, no info on it turning up so I was glad that I was home at the time!
