Everyone has different cut off points. I'm sure some would be horrified at buying tinned tuna rather than buying from the fresh fish counter. Line caught chunks like Sainsburys own brand are my go to choice as they genuinely are chunks, taste pretty good and are well rated environmentally.
Tinned 'flakes' are mushy garbage though that as other people have said you lose a load of when you drain.

I saw these a while back and thought AMAZING price. But I cooked it up and could still taste a metal taste in the tuna. Would not recommend whatsoever

worst tuna I've ever bought, not worth 5p, squeeze the lid to remove the juice and most of the tuna flows out with it, with the odd bone left in for good measure

Be careful when opening these. We bought some a couple of months back and ended up having a tuna shower when trying to squeeze out the brine.
