Your wife/girlfriend/sister/mum (unless you are from Portsmouth, because that would be just one person)
I only buy from those with very good feedback. Even so, last year..
1. I bought an iPhone 6 and received an iPhone shaped package, inside were two blocks of wood.
2. From another seller I received an iPhone 6 box, with charging cable, earbuds and wall plug, but no iPhone.
3. From another seller I received nothing.
4. From a fourth seller I received an emailed tracking number and an emailed photo of a 'shopped Post Office receipt, but nothing else.
I video recorded every package received, showing it sealed then showing me opening it, proving that what's inside is as I've received it - no tampering. Even so, in the case of number 2 (above), eBay wanted me to file a police report detailing everything, only then would they give me a refund. Two weeks later, they removed the negative feedback I'd left for the seller and repaid to the seller the money I'd originally paid (but let me keep the eBay refund), then eBay emailed me to say the seller has proven they sent me the iPhone and that my account is now on alert for any future purchases I make!
eBay is an absolute farce. I rarely use it anymore. Certainly not for high value items. Definitely not worth the hassle.

It is the fact they remove negative feedback that bothers me so much. You end up often out of pocket due to postal charges, without the item you wanted and you don't get to inform others that the seller is a fraud.

Hi there, I have a Tesco SIM and looking to buy an iPhone 5s 16GB handset only... I've seen the O2 deal at £239 and the GiffGaff deal at £269, so if my SIM will work on O2 then looks like this will be the best deal around currently but can anyone confirm? Thanks in advance.

IOS = Incessantly Obsolete Squares.
IOS is the most tired and old fashioned of all the mobile operating systems. Massively overdue a facelift, Apple need to update with Live Tiles or Widgets. But of course they can't as they sue anyone for even remotely being similar to themselves. Now that they are playing catch-up as soon as they do anything even similar to anyone else they will be counter sued by Samsung etc. they are a victim of their own greed.

It seems even in the year 2016 people on this site still don't understand how ebay/paypal works.
If you buy anything from ebay & your not happy with the purchase then you will be asked by paypal to return the item recorded & then you will be refunded in full.
You do know fake phones have a legit serial number on them ?
The best way to tell is setting the iphone up with iTunes & you'll know strait away if iTunes does not recognize the phone.

Why that? I thought consumers were getting some type of protection against fraudulent activity. I had the case with a jacket I bought online, it was an Abercrombie & Fitch fake, the credit card company refunded me the cost (thus it took a while).
This is what i read on the PayPal page:
===================================================================================
If you lose a Significantly Not as Described claim because the item you sold is counterfeit, you will be required to provide a full refund to the buyer and you will not receive the item back. (It will be destroyed.)

Please could you be more specific if you know something that could help me in case of a dispute, thanks
