Natural Collection is good value anyway but this eyeshadow is now half price (99p). It seems to get good reviews on the Boots website as well.

If you want well-pigmented, reasonably long-lasting and cheap, you could do worse than try Makeup Academy (MUA) or Makeup Revolution's £1 single eyeshadows. You have to pay P&P online, but easily picked up at most Superdrug stores.
