The best price for the Moto360 2nd gen I can find out there at the minute.
Its listed up at €247.20, but there appears to be a €25 discount applied at checkout.
Final price comes to €220.94 after taxes and shipping which is approx £163.34 looking at the current Euro to GBP rates.
Not quite as good as the Black Friday deal, but best I've seen since.

Have you not figured this website out yet?
Unfortunately people do not understand it's about the best price of a particular product, they'll be voting because they don't understand what it is, they can't afford it, because it isn't a reduced tin of beans in Poundland etc. etc. In fact for a million reasons none of which will really be applicable and they won't even bother saying why...
This is definitely a hot deal.

Mine arrived yesterday, all good apart from the EU power adaptor in the box, although the dock takes standard microusb (the same as phones).

Ah, fair enough. I couldn't find the 42mm silver and brown anywhere (before 1st February at least) so I settled for the black. Much cheaper too...

I know. On moto maker, silver moto 360 with cognac leather band is out of stock and ships 1st February! So I bought the black one seeing as I already have a silver watch.

Are returns on amazon.es easy? I also like the silver one but black is cheaper.

I don't know how easy returns are, but bear in mind that if you follow the deal link and then change to the brown and silver, it also changes it from 42mm to the 46mm large watch. I nearly made that mistake! Can't seem to find the 42mm silver on Amazon.es

Potentially a stupid question, but presumably this will ship with a 2 pin European plug on the charger. Will I just need to buy a plug adapter, or would I need to buy a whole new charger?

Just an adaptor I think. I have a samsung fast wireless charger. I'm wondering if that will work with the moto 360 2nd gen? :P

I purchased the moto 360 from amazon.es yesterday. I don't think a 3rd gen is coming out anytime soon. Moto will probably make a software update.

Might as well go through every deal posted and downvote it then with that logic.
How well does Android Wear work with iOS? I remember something about the 2nd gen and all newer watches being compatible but compatible doesn't really mean it works amazingly.

Very happy with my 2nd gen Moto 360 42mm (£130 from black friday) + metal strap from eBay for £6. I also got the 1st gen 46mm with metal strap. I think the 42mm is a better size as my coworkers say the 46mm is 'huge'. Battery life on the 2nd gen is double the 1st gen (lasts 2 solid days even with the screen on/ambient mode all day + animated background). Snappier and better resolution too but not a huge leap over the 1st gen on those areas. Metal straps makes them look much more expensive than what I paid for them. The leather strap is difficult to put on and fades very easily.

Would there be any import tax if delivered to the UK? The price on the post is for 42mm. I just ordered the 46mm cognac version for £199 (€1 = £0.765 which is a little more than the actual exchange rate). Lets hope when it arrives in 2 weeks I won't have to pay the import tax!

I've not actually bought that band, that image was from a thread on XDA-developers forum. I ended up ordering the black one, so I could accommodate sportier bands silicone bands for training. If I had got the silver one, that's the band I'd be going for though.
It looks like quite a few people have used that band for the moto360, if you google 'moto360 super engineer' you'll probably find more from people who've actually bought it.

If anyone has gone for the 46mm silver version, there is a excellent strap i've seen on a few forums, the super engineer.
It looks an absolute beast of a strap, its a bit pricey though £40-50. Makes the silver one for me though.

Steveo, did you feel the gen1 metal strap? I was impressed by the quality of that. On the aftermarket one you have bought, what is the finish like, any sharp edges etc?

No. Its standard price is €247.20 but there is an automatic €30 discount promo applied at the checkout. You can choose any of the variations and the €30 will discount.
