0.2 cheaper than most of the country. I know it's cheaper but I don't see it as a deal unless this place is closer to your home :smiley:

If you have an older car then great when we had a 3 year old Citroen their diesel stuffed it, the garage actually said to me do you use Morrisons fuel they said they get one or two a week it's not that its bad fuel but it stuffs up the filters on the newer diesel engines.

My old Estima i'd run on veg oil, cheap diesel whatever I could get and it never missed a beat. The petrol seems fine and doesn't cause any problems in the V6 Mondeo

they have only done it as asda has already said they knocking 3p a litre off from tomorrow to 97.7

Just filled up at Morrison's £55 for a full tank (99.7p). It got up to £80+ at one point.

Remember to factor in a new DPF

Morrison's Black Friday deal has put me off them. Spend £40 instore and get 7p off a litre bringing it below £1 a litre.

Asda responded by simply dropping petrol to 99.7.

MORRISONS WERE THE FIRST TO ANNOUNCE THE PRICE on Sunday, look how much heat it has compared to the ones who are starting it today.

Don't forget your Match and More card each litre gets you 10 points which works out at a 1p towards the £5 voucher.

99.7p at all Tesco's. Just filled up at mine. I get better economy with Tesco Diesel than I do with Morrison's and Sainsbury's diesel!

Shame the full reduction is not being passed down to the consumer as the price of a barrel of oil has dropped from £85 to £28 approx.

Show it should be really about 40p a litre

Certainly could be a lot cheaper to us and they would still make a profit

It's been 99p in Swansea, Weymouth & Yeovil since mid December.

Just filled up at that price in Stamford with an extra 5p off with voucher from christmas shop!

It can't be 40p with current taxation.
If you take away the tax, a litre of fuel actually costs us 25p including all overheads.

It's no good looking at the raw material price and guessing what it should be. Oil may have dropped, unfortunetly tax and wages haven't.
