Does anyone have this, is it any good. My girls like play monopoly so considering g picking this up from the Russian store approx £5

Bought this as part of the Hasbro pack for over holidays. SmartGlass companion app does not work as advertised unless you are using a device with a 10"+ screen.

Basically, the Monopoly companion needs to be in landscape mode to work, but MS, in their infinite wisdom, decided to disable screen rotation for SmartGlass on all devices smaller than 10". Considering game was released nearly a year ago it is unlikely to ever be fixed, Ubi and MS have pretty much avoided any and all talk about it.

You may be able to get it running by using another app to force rotation but that wont work in all cases. If you're considering buying to sit and play with the family think about if you want to be passing controllers around. I spoke with support and got a refund on it.

Had this since it was released. Really good reproduction of monopoly BUT I bought it to play online against strangers..... If the host happens to go bankrupt the host can't migrate so the game stops for everyone. I had to stop playing unless I'm hosting as I couldn't handle wasting hours for a disconnect. Hardly played it since as wife now doesn't trust it even when hosting.

The other thing is that you can't play online with more than one local player. I wanted to play a 4 player over live with my wife and a couple we know but couldn't do it, only one player per "team"

Sorry, silly question here. Can you play this as a pair or threesome in the lounge? Obviously would need a 3rd controller.
