Got any proof of that? Seems like much more effort to make fake potato flour fusion fries than to just... you know... slice potatoes in a machine? Also the ingredients don't really add up to your claim, so you may want to think about suing them if you know otherwise?
Or are you claiming the seasoning they add are 'chemicals'? (which in a way is correct but i don't think in the way you mean it)

Wheat flour is the batter to make them crispy. And I use seasoning on home made chips so don't see the problem there, either?
