I saw one in Solihull today however the box was quite damaged (ripped fron) so you may be able to get it for less than this if you try haggling.

Thats a big price for some legos.. Unless ur a collector i dont see any kid playing with this.
Legos are made so u can build whatever you want thats why its so fun. If you buy this and build it by the instructions. Once its built, and you're a kid who wants to play, its gonna get torn apart and built into something completely different, and if so, wont any random lego stuff have the same affect for the kid whos playing? I remember playing legos as a kid and i had many boxes and kilos of the stuff. All comoletely random. Didnt stop my imagination from coming up with stuff to build, and knock it down and build more.
This is seriously for the kids with no imagination or just old collectors who have money to burn.

Micofigs are where the "money" is, but I'm with you. I'm a builder, not a collector. The Hellicarrier is massive though, so Slave-1 may be a better option if you haven't got the room!

I have no cash (or room) so I'll have to pass. Heated.

I've been gutted since i missed the red 5 x-wing by 1 day! I've had a few on my wish list and the sandcrawler is one i've added to the list since then. Didnt like it initially but watched a few reviews and it has grown on me..

Ah don't tempt me. I can't! Just no more display room. You need a museum to display Lego before you know it lol

Ah well, see I'm not into microfigs (not that there is anything wrong with them, just personal choice) and I'm more into looks than mechanics. Basically, Lego needs to stop bringing out all these big amazing models! The Sandcrawler has been calling to me, but must resist...

Oh I completely agree but the Helicarrier would look amazing. I really like the micro figs and the mechanical side to it.
