Bought my dad one of these headlamps a few years back and paid significantly more for it but worth every penny.
This seems a good deal for a decent branded CREE LED headlamp and a pocket torch. Cheapest I could find just the headlamp was £40 without the P3.

EDIT: I'm a bit drunk so never mind the epic below! I have a knock off H7R.2 which is pricier so yes this probably is legit. Left the original comment below anyway as some of it still applies.
Check it's real once you get it. There will be a serial on the top of the lens casing. Email it to LED Lenser in the UK (address is on their small UK site). They can email you back quickly and tell you if it's legit.
I bought one cheap few months ago as I needed something more powerful than my Tikka for a trip (paid more than this) and got suspicious when the battery casing was a bit... just a bit not right. LED Lenser said it was fake!
I still have it. Works just like the real thing - all the functions (tested every mode), battery life etc, all fab. Just one feature doesn't work and that's the dial on the front of the lens. Scary how good knock-offs can be these days.
If it wasn't for the battery casing being a tad off I'd never have known. The dial on the front lens I didn't think to try it until a month later (I knew it was fake by this point anyway). The sellers may not even know they've got fakes.
FWIW - I 'waterproofed' mine with black electrical tape. Weird how they make head torches that aren't fully waterproof. If I was in charge that'd be standard on all models.

Excellent find, by far the best head torch I've ever owned over the past 15 years of expeditions. Bought this a couple of years ago for just over £40 and it still out performs much more expensive torches my friends own. Charge is great, as is the distance the main beam can shine to.
I have five Lenser torches and have bought three as presents for other people - conventional torches literally do not hold a candle to them. My H7 has a beam range of about 200m and I am impressed with the P3's focus every time I use it - a torch which is about 4" long, takes a single AAA battery and outshines everything which was around just a few years ago.
Not only that but Lenser's customer service is exemplary.
I paid about £35 for my H7 alone so this is a great deal.

Bought this exact set whilst on holiday in the US. Price is 'Ross' was $4.99!
The pocket torch is v. very small, bus does a good job. The head torch is okay. The battery pack sits behind your head and you can adjust the brightness from a lever located on the battery pack.

£39.80 How do i get the price down?? Thanks

You should be getting £29.40 via the OP's 'Get Deal' link. If you go in via a different route you may get a different price. That's just a CPC thing. Go in via a 'clean' browser with no existing cookies - that should do it.

Mine was ordered from Bangood CN but shipped from the UK. As for Olight's quality .. it's not a cheap unknown chinese knock off ... Olight are a decent supplier of flashlights, just Google them

I bought a h7 +p3 pack about 4 years ago for a holiday, used it daily during every winter since. both gave up the ghost last year, sent for warranty repair, received a replacement h7.2 and p3bm in return.
the warranty is good ( lifetime, or 5 years), and they are good torches.
however, with the right information and soldering capability, you can buy the parts and make yourself something more up to date and therefore brighter and more efficient for cheaper : just check out the 'budget light forums', or blf for short!

That 58 stock figure seems to be static! I suspect it's not a live stock figure, and some of us may be disappointed.

i have tried banggood, that is why i know most of there stuff is the same fake items as you would get on ebay.

10 Jan 16#33
So to compare the 2 items in question ... the H7 Headtorch outputs 170 lumens, the P3 Pen Torch outfits 16 lumens. Both require AAA batteries.
The Olight S15R outputs 240 lumens, has 4 different modes, includes a rechargeable battery and charger and is practically the same size as the P3 Pen Torch.
Oh, and Olight includes a 5year warranty, after that you simply pay for parts. I suspect that Lenser are much the same ?
As someone who uses flashlights a lot in my job, and require the best, I will finish by saying there are a lot better alternatives out there to LED Lenser. Olight are one of them ..

Get some Eneloop rechargeables then you can swap new batteries rather than waiting for it to recharge.
