Thats what you are paying for "10 year warranty", more like an insurance policy. I had set of Samsonite travel bags with 10 year warranty and the wheels broke once. Got repaired under warranty, each suitcase cost me £150 six years ago. I could have bought 8 tesco/ sportsdirect equivalent suitcases for that kind of money but I am sure they wouldnt have lasted even a year given the amount of travelling I do.

shocked???? if its damaged and covered under warranty it should be returned
however the clause that its warranty does not cover airline damage makes it pointless and a waste of money

Service is amazing. Suitcaze I got over two years ago, handle broke and tear to cloth. Switched out with no fuss. Definitely recommend company.

shocked that people even return their luggage bags now a days lol, there are ethics and morals as well in society and we should follow them too rather than misusing every service. sorry no offense to anyone but i am just sharing my viewpoint.

Good for occasional travel. But I'll stick with Samsonite for my non stop travels!

I have had 2 of these. Both failed on return trip from America. Not up to taking the full 23kg and getting thrown about. Both times the airline replaced, but unfortunately they don't give you the same case. I got very heavy antler cases that I will never use as replacements. Both times the handle and wheels failed. Better off with large wheeled bags from domo or like for £20.

This is an amazing price, I bought it a year ago at £45 and have taken it to 10 countries and it's still going strong, just be aware that when you're pulling it with the handle, the contents will obviously sink to the bottom and depending on how many iPads you're bringing back from America, it might rub the floor a little. The material is more durable than you think!

It shows free delivery but then in last step adds £25. It did it to me from both google chrome and internet explorer, so i made order from my phone, it was adding delivery £25 again but then somehow removed it.

Sorry for the dumb question. Are these 2 or 4 wheels?
I'm trying to look on the website, but the zoomed in option stops scrolling before it gets to the bottom of the image so I can't tell.

I bought 2 of these and they are rubbish. They are just too flimsy, and got damaged by the airline on their first use. If you want some advice from someone who has owned them, don't bother.

So what you're saying is that every one of these suitcases is no good?
