Just got my machine from France. looking good and works well. i have registered the machine and waiting for my membership number. once i have the no i will try my luck and register for the £45 voucher.
Note the machine has a French Plug ,but i have a spare adaptor and it works.
The machine also comes with 16 capsules and they look all in date.I am using this in my office and i have a U Krups Nespresso machine already at home. i have to say this manual machine is very impressive.
Another note you cannot fit a mug under the spout .its cups only. unless someone else knows how to get a mug under the spout. but its not a real issue for me.

Having taken delivery of my Pixie and registered it on Nespresso, I attempted to claim the £45 voucher deal. Result being it was confirmed as accepted. Having read the small print, it said UK residents rather than UK purchase so all good. So anyone that went for Inissia or Pixie (as they are machines included in the promotion) should be good to claim the vouchers. :smiley:

What kind of adapter did you use? How many amps etc? Ordered Inissia but won't turn on.

I bought the Pixie for £50 delivered. EU plug on it but had an adaptor to hand. Quite happy with purchase.

Now price reduced to 29 Euros.

It's amazing - kids are being brought up in environments where they only seem to know how to do things that involve tapping keyboards and screens - I wonder how many devices actually get thrown away because of a blown fuse or broken plug - I'm willing to bet that's a significant number!

Funny you say that, I cut the EU plug of and put a UK one on and none of the youngsters here had a clue how to do it!!

The prices seem very good - but how is it a hot deal if it is only meant for deliveries within France.
Is it still applying the discount when you select delivery to the UK?

The prices have risen since it was first listed, the white Inissia is now €49 but was less than €40, but in all cases delivery was at least €6. Be interesting to see if they get delivered.

I ordered some headphones from amazon.de and they were despatched from the UK and came with all english instructions
So Im hoping that this machine will be delivered from the UK and come with an UK plug. Does anybody know if it is possible to return this if it comes with an EU plug?

I have one too. The only downside is that you can't remove the drip tray, so if you want to put a mug under the spout you have to angle it and hold it while it fills.

Every time we go to the Nespresso shop and we tell them we have the Essenza, they always say "oh, the one without the detachable drip tray". (Apparently it's always noted in their training)

It's a inconvenience when making anything bigger than an espresso or lungo, but not a deal breaker at this price.

I have this machine and have had it 2 years and its been great. This is a great price.

Totally agree - I've two of the magimix branded version (same thing) both three years old and with aeroccinos

Essenza is a really old machine now - may even be the model without automatic measure (two buttons delivering 40ml and 110ml by default, the original had a power button and a press to go release to stop button).

With the €40 discount you can also get the Inissia for £33.33 delivered!

I have one of these machines at home in Spain. I ordered mine off either amazon.es or .fr and it came with a selection box of coffees but no vouchers. mine was bought a few months back tho.

This machine isn't available in the UK so it's unlikely you'll be able to claim the Nespresso credit with this one.

Sometimes with these errors its worth going for next day delivery as its too quick for them to spot the error.

I went all the way through to the penultimate payment screen and it was still showing as £33.33

Give it a go as they have cocked up and applied the discount to UK deliveries, but it may well be spotted...

You can get the Inissia for around £70 with the £45 account credit which does work out a better deal but this is still a great deal if you just want this particular machine and the €40 discount on other models is a great deal too.
