That's a bit harsh? OP was kind enough to post a fairly decent deal, so why not give it heat, cold, and/or make a constructive comment instead of judging?
It's an ok deal....a lot of TV for the money. Not cutting edge, but then again it's not cutting edge money either. I'm tempted for that reason alone. Have some warmth OP.

Isn't this site about sharing deals with others? The title tells you all you need to know and my narrative won't make it a better deal!!!

That's the problem with this site now. Just a simple heads up on a deal used to be sufficient back in the day, now folks expect high resolution colour images, a 2000- word description and links to YouTube,TrustPilot, Review Centre or other reviews for each product or service posted.

Expired, £229 now.

Vestel should just start selling under one name. What's the point of using 8 different badges of companies who have long since left the TV market? In recent years, nobody considered Samsung or LG to be premium brands but they made good kit and became mainstream brands.

Probably because Vestel make a living out of making TVs for other companies to retail. Why would they want to invest in marketing and distribution and all the risks associated when they have already have a very successful business that works for them.
Oh and it took over twenty years to make Samsung and LG known as quality brands...

For £200 it's OK. The inlaws have got one and they are happy. It isn't as good as my Samsung UE40C5xxx. The picture quality isn't as crisp and there is some ghosting ... if you look really carefully. I voted hot because it is good value for money. If you can pay more then you can buy something better but for £200 it is fine.

I bought this on black friday for £240, I ended up leaving it back and paid a bit more for a Panasonic, the sound and the ghosting was an issue for me. At £200 a good deal imo but you might need to consider external speakers.

Heat for the deal (copypasta notwithstanding) and for the photo of someone going shopping in York.

12 months. Guess you can get longer if you are adept with EU consumer law.

No probs. It's a shame that some comments are, or at least sound unnecessarily negative. It puts people off posting perfectly good deals. This is a good deal.....I just can't work out if I actually want to spend more money than this!

Because the very text you pasted over issues by this site said dont just cut and paste text from an item....

Picked up one of these this morning. No issues for me. Freeview HD channels look good. NowTV looks good and that only streams at 720p. Xbox 360 looks good playing Battlefield 4.
Only downside is the sound is a bit hollow but for sub £200 it's fine.
Certainly looks more expensive that it is, thin bezel around screen and nice stand.

Probably just unnecessary marketing fluff to make it sound more technical and sophisticated .

Probably it's an effective marketing strategy?
If people think they are looking at five different known brands at a similar price point, they're much more likely to purchase one of the four which is a Vestel than the one that isn't.
Stick a Vestel next to a 'known brand' and I bet the latter will out sell it by some significant margin if they're at the same price point.

Maybe, it always appears better (to me) when the OP can add something explaining why it's a good deal, so boring if it's just copy n paste including nonsense about HDMI cables.
Does seem a good deal though, thanks.
