British TV star Cleo Rocos has told how boxing legend Muhammad Ali taught her to fight in Manhattan – and how she’s now letting New Yorkers dodge a knock-out blow by inventing a tequila that doesn’t give hangovers.

The presenter – who rose to fame on the Kenny Everett Television Show – came up with an award-winning tequila so pure that thumping headaches and nausea the day after are a thing of the past.

“I love to party, and I don’t mind paying the bar bill, but I do mind paying with the next day of my life,” says Rocos.

“Because of that, I went out to create the antithesis of the experience that people have on tequila and the main ingredient of my AquaRiva brand is 100 per cent agave. I spent a long time making it to reduce the methanol, which is the part that gives you the headache, and a lot of manufacturers don’t bother”...

Keep an eye out for El Jimador Reposado on Amazon. It is 100% agave and I've picked up my last few 70cl bottles for £16 when the price goes down. £20 ATM though.

Horrible stuff! Only 50% blue agave, so many much better tequilas out there. If you don't want a hangover from hell avoid this and stick to 100% blue agave

​Wow thanks so much for saying that. I had some of this on Friday and felt like **** on Saturday and now I know why. I only bought it cuz it was £12 at Sainsbury's which seemed like a good deal at the time.

Yeah, if it has at least 50% blue agave (tequila) they can legally call it tequila. The only 100% tequila I've seen is Jose Cuervo Traditionale which is £19 in Tescos the last I saw...

Good price, shame its only 50% tequila and 50% headache-inducing grain spirit. Real tequila is just way too expensive here.

Amazing price, bought it for £12 in sainsburys the other day and thought that was good, this is epic.
