Not a scam .Yes agree collection at store should be free and price match is a bit underhand as I'am sure they know full well when other retailers have same items cheaper,having said that customer service is up there with the best.

I agree actually, C&C should be free. However they 'price matched' an item I bought from them 4 months previously and refunded me £110 so I can't complain about customer service
