its a summer fragrance. so your buying a watered down fragrance. summer edt don't have alcohol that helps the fragrance stay longer on the skin. pretty useless in winter months as it will evaporate quicker. due to more layers of clothing. obviously summer involves less layers so you will notice the fragrance project a lot better.
