is bath cream for the tub bath or can be used as a regular body wash as well?

I think this is meant to be used as bubble bath, put in under running water, but to be honest I use all of my bubble baths and shower gels interchangeably. I figure it's all just nice smelling soapy stuff and my skin hasn't dried out or anything yet! :smiley:
