Sorry, but this order does not qualify for "First time customer - £5 off". Please go back and update your information to satisfy the Terms and Conditions of this offer or place your order without this offer.

There's an order in the system at that address with your email address from January this year, so this is why you would not qualify as a first time customer. If you upgrade to a members account you could take advantage of members only discounts like taste test.
Oh oh ? or is there a way aroundthis

Here's the steps I take and it works every time.
- Open the link in a new incognito tab.
- Enter postcode.
- Select food.
- Go to checkout.
- Enter name, new (unused) email address and my phone number but change last 2 digits.
- Pick my address from the list.
- Select debit card.
- Enter card details.
- Enter "Contact number if needed (real number)" in the 'instructions to restaurant' box.
- Place order.
So far it's worked every single time.
I went via the deal link from this thread using the above method.
Well even trying a different email address and paying by card this doesn't work. hungry House are rubbish.

Have you used that card before with them?

Nope. When I tried to pay with paypal it removed the discount. It only gives the discount with card. After that the site wouldn't allow me any discount at all.
