Delivery was next day without even paying the extra £4.95 for expedited delivery. Very pleased with product so far. Have to wait 30 days before you can claim the £30 cashback. Overall looking a very good piece of business.

2) can hibernation be disabled? I need to test some web apps 24/7.

Cashback details:
The cashback needs to be claimed from the HP Site (link at start of description) not the reseller.
I contacted HP as I didnt see the Qualifying Reseller bit and they told me that there are no 'Purchasing Conditions' so Buyur will be fine and I will get the cashback.
I looked under one of the other products and some have to be purchased from a specific reseller but not this one :smiley:
Just go to the HP site and follow the instructions - read the 'How it Works'
Looks good, but can't seem to find whether all retailers are qualifying or if there are specific ones only. Like, I assume buying one off ebay would not qualify for the cashback. The FAQ doesn't have much info either, anyone used their cashback before?

Can a chromebook work without an internet connection?
I use a windows laptop, but am tempted by this machine.
I need to be able to prepare powerpoint presentations and word documents. - can this do it?

Google Docs I believe works offline. Not sure about Office though. This OS works best when it's online though. I think they're great for people who just want to surf the net, read Emails and watch some video streaming services.

Very tempted as super cheap and this is their rugged version to compete with Dell 11 in education. However, not found anything to replace my Google designed HP Chromebook 11 yet. Slow but has great design and IPS display!

Great Deal if Buyur honor it. I've had 3 orders in the past year completely ignored and had to resort to Pay Pal to get refunds, hope they have improved since, try ringing them first to confirm in stock.
