I've had a Henry for over 20 years, all parts work as new, bag hardly ever needs replacing. whereas the Dyson I bought cost 3 times more and has to be emptied after about 3 uses.
Naeia Tesco comments on this give good idea of what spec this is...
This is their model PSP200-11, labelled "Jack" for Tesco. It is called "Bertie" elsewhere. When I bought it (£14 off) it was the most affordable Numatic available online. It is slightly bulkier than model PSP180-11 ( and JVP180-11, also known as "James", that seems to be the same specification as PSP180-11). If you care about looks go for Henry or Hetty, with their two speeds, cable rewind, red light and round black bonnet. If you just care about what's inside, this will perform exactly the same.

Bought one of these yesterday as needed to replace my Henry after he unexpectedly died. Should be able to pick up tomorrow.

I have the newest version of Henry 2015 (HVR200-12) and the suck on that machine is very very powerful when you have it switched on high. To do carpet you have to switch it on low because having it on high makes it very difficult to do the hoovering.
I used to have the older version of Henry and i can tell you, the new version has a much more powerful suck compared

This is the lower powered 620w. Think they're taking about the 1200/1300w older model. Newer models are powered down due to the new EU legislation of labeling, etc. If you want a better machine, get the older ones.

Or get a miele 1600 (again, older c1, c2 or c3 etc) if you want the power of an older model!
