To be fair, free weekend delivery with a two hour time slot at that price even for a budget make is going to be tight on margins!
I presume (and it would have to be checked with the site) that you still have the option of getting it delivered for free with the solo delivery driver to the front door and taking it up the stairs yourself with the help of your own friends (if you can't get someone else to help you for £30 it would rather suggest the charge is the going rate!)

Elderly parents have had a Haier fridge freezer for years.Excellent item and never had a fault.

Had one of these for 8 years (Haier - it's a Chinese brand). It goes on a couple of times a week but we've not had a single issue with it in all those years. Also have a dishwasher by Haier similarly has performed very well. There was rumour that Haier were trying to get involved in sponsorship of the NBA at one point too!
