One look at the also viewed items shows you can get what looks to be the exact same capo for 99p delivered from this eBay seller or one in the style of a kyser quick change 99p from this eBay seller still £1.69 good price my kyser was around £10 years back

Boom even cheaper!
Edit - Just noticed - the capo for that seller is actually £3.97. It's some picks that are 99p. A little misleading from that seller!
The second seller is located in hong kong so probably no good.

Bought one of these cheap kyser copies - there useless. the rubbers not thick enough so the strings move out of place. Cold

I remember years and years ago.......zzzzz sorry!
I can remember when you went into a music shop they used to give you handfuls of pics because they were promotional items with a manufacturers name on them. 99p my rrr's

Tried these cheap ones and they do the job but for the sake of around £12 just buy the proper Jim Dunlop. You won't regret it.

Brought one of these around a year ago and have used with both my electric and acoustic without issue.
Yes a more expensive capo 10x the price will do a better job, but so long as you use the capo close to the metal fret it will do its job without moving strings.

I've found the quality of these cheap ones aren't that great but I've not tried this one. I don't really like this spring loaded clamp style as the pressure applied by the spring tends to weaken over time before it stops working. Good for trying one out though, especially for beginners. I'll add a little heat!

Starter guitar only. If you love your instrument (lol) dont cheap out and damage it.

Got a stainless steel Shubb for £9.50. You can adjust the tension to just the right amount so that you don't distort the tuning. It is also very small and discreet on the guitar. G7th does the same but in a different way and you pay extra for the novelty.

These look like the cheap naff ones. They work (sort of) but better off getting The ones below I got 3 of them when they were £3.99 but even at £4.99 worth getting. Almost as good as the Jim Dunlops
I think you should buy one from him simply because he's a genuine UK seller who actually pays VAT. Seems to be a rare thing on eBay these days.. Lol

Spend a bit of money on your hobby, and it will give you a lifetime of enjoyment..
I'd personally recommend a Shubb or a G7. Shubb do a nice range of partial capos as well, for the adventurists out there
Ey?There is nothing less genuine about sellers who are not VAT registered. Being registered for VAT just means that you are entitled to charge a VAT portion on sales!

What is the difference? Not knocking either this one of the more expensive ones although think I got lucky with mine as ive had it a year and tension is still fine after a year of use, cheap one similar to this for 99p on eBay. Genuinely interested to know why its worth spending the extra on a capo.
I thought the same of picks in fairness, brought some tortex ones and love them
