As I am sophisticated I go for the Baguette deal for £3, and have been doing for a year. This deal has been garn larng tim.

What is 'fresh' orange juice?

I always thought it was either bacon, sausage or egg but the other day I got a roll with bacon & sausage with the fresh orange and it was the same price £2 :smiley:

How is this "not a bad deal"? Its £2 for a roll and egg and a cup of tea! As someone already said, lots of independent places have the same for this price or less. I'm amazed that this got hot at all.

Gregg's coffee is actually pretty good.

Their breakfast rolls are always cold and unsatisfying, though.

11 in my town, although most customers like to come in at 2pm and ask 'is the breakfast deal still on?'. Then they'll buy a coffee and spend their whole time drinking it bitching about how they didn't get the breakfast deal. It's hilarious

Although it is a good deal I do agree it should not have been posted because its a standard thing most people should know about as there are Greggs in most towns and even if you dont normally eat there these are hard to miss as they are always advertised in the window.
As someone says u might as well post a tesco sandwich,snack and drink deal or maybe the Boots,Morrisons or Asda sandwich,snack and drink deal. How about the subway breakfast deal too. Its all boring and its a standard thing now.

Had it a few times always been decent in my opinion. Breakie is cheap at other places too same at Subway.

The point is, this post has helped lots of people. If they didnt see this post, then they would not be able to take advantage of it. So isnt that a good thing? Not everyone has been to a Greggs, hard though it may be for you to understand that :P If you dont like the post, then dont click on it, scroll on, simples.... Why make a big song and dance about it?

Been this price for years near me but good for people that dont know, prefer the subway one myself.

i remember back in the day when greggs was new on the scene everyone was raving about it. now i dont know anyone who has a good word to say about it

I doubt the thread has "helped lots of people". It might have made a few people aware that Greggs do a roll and egg and a drink of water for £2..... the point is that it's not really a good deal and it's a Greggs deal that's been on for years. HUKD always has debate and discussion, that's why we have the ability to post on each deal and vote hot or cold. Maybe YOU don't understand some of HUKD, one doesn't have to "scroll on".

Ok, its just your opinion that its not a good deal or it doesnt help anyone, all good :smiley: but the heat shows otherwise, the fact it has helped lots of people. I'll go by that, other than your opinion, even though I respect it :wink:
