Forgot to say I'm a prime member so would be £19.75 to non prime member. Sorry just realised that !

Nice, ordered a 3 for the eldest, cheaper than going to the Start Rite factory shop!

The pair we had didn't last long at all. Geox used to be very good quality but we always avoid their school shoes now
For £15 pair though, I guess you can't complain

Depends on the child & what said child is doing to them. If they don't last send them back, it's Amazon shouldn't be too hard

4 out of 5 for 105 reviews is good. On the subject of quality l have bought Hush Puppies twice and both times lasted a month, l kid you not and they were £42 a pair! My son's got Geox trainers and they are the best quality trainers I have ever bought.

With Clarks at 2-3 times more expensive, but will last an academic year, which is longer than the reported 8 weeks in the reviews.

Had these for my son, had to return within 3 weeks as they split from the sole and scuffed VERY easily. Certainly wouldnt recommend these for school kids.

Maybe it's just this particular style that doesn't wear well? My son has the type with the rubber toe and he's outgrown 2 pairs and they are the best school shoes he's had. He also had some tough looking expensive hush puppies and they lasted 2 months! These are worth a try for £15 :innocent:

As Rich44 points out return them if your not happy with the quality always find amazon very good with that sort of thing.

Terrible 1 star reviews on john Lewis website, don't last, not same quality you'd usually get from geox

Wow really? So you are happy to pay £5 per week for footwear? Crazy
Imo you'd be better off buying the £21 pair which have rubber toe caps, I learnt that fast with my boys as they always scuff and ruin the fronts quickly otherwise.
Clarks used to last the academic year, but more recently the soles had been splitting or wearing down, but maybe that's to do with the boys being older too. This year we went with converse and Nike, cheaper, nicer and so far so good

My 6 year old got Kickers for school this year, normally £50 got for £25 and he hated them as not trainers. He has ruined one shoe due to repeated kicking of a wall but now knows he will wear them till he out grows them. Still trying to make him understand he needs proper non-fabric/less smart shoes that keep water out, and if really wet wellies.
Checked and my boy is happy with these for next year, end to the Kicker tyranny, so happy to take a punt at £15.
p.s. remember the £7 credit if you get a £30 gift card.
