Can anyone confirm that they have had access to the 360 titles of GoW 2, 3 and Judgement that has purchased this after the stated expiry date, or is this definitely expired? That's the hook for me in this deal!

If it states an expiry date legally you can't. But in these cases usually being nice to support results in a refund :smiley:

Contact customer services , they told me 7-14 days for the gears game codes and they came the next day after complaining, they also stated I must have played it online for the gears game codes to be viable .

I played it for the first time at around 23:00 on new years eve and got the achievement. I will give them a week or so before asking about the extra games :smiley:

Does anyone know how you get the first 3 games? is it a code they email? I bought it for the other games too and played mp on boxing day, just a team deathmatch. Really wish they had made it clearer.

You will receive a message via the XBox with the codes. As I said in my other message, it might take a while. I don't think you need to get any achievements. As far as I know, starting it once is sufficient because you then log into XBox Live with Gears.

It's send out in waves and sometimes takes a while. Wouldn't worry about it. I bought my copy on Black Friday (cdkeys) and only received the codes on the 10th of December.

Snap... I got this and played on Xbox live single and multiplayer (to make sure) in December but still no codes for the old gears games :disappointed:

May be of use. I had Gears 3 on optical disk and installed to hard disk . When it went free on Games with Gold I 'purchased' it and was offered the download - my having the physical disk and having it installed to hard drive apparently had no effect on the digital purchase. I had to download it all again.
