Should be more careful then. I personally can tell the difference between my plate of chips and my kitchen bin....seems like it is a bit of an issue for some. :smiley:

This stuff is great. Not over limed and no gloop in the ingredients if you look. As Angri said, this will keep for ages . It won't even start going off until you crack it open, not for a lot of months anyway.

All of the ones in our local b&m had a very short shelf life, only a couple of days. Didn't buy.

You'll find that these sauces will keep quite safely for 4 - 5 years after the best-before date (The lime and chilli are natural preservatives)

I love Franks "Red hot " and "Buffalo" sauces, but I agree that this is 'orrible.
