Why not?, You wouldn't see it, It's designed to hold 40kg which most 42" tvs are lighter than.

Actually, it's a very flexible bracket which will fit a wide range of VESA fixings. As for it's looks, I don't really care as no one will see it once the TV is mounted.

Bracket looks ok. I wouldn't hang an old plasma off it but modern lightweight things could hang off a nail.
£32 is a joke, £4 is crazy cheap though.

OoS near me (Birmingham) plus reviews suggest it's unsuitable for 42 inches? Good deal for smaller screens though!
