I've always been a pes man but the new pes is annoying me as the online matching system and keepers are dreadful, although I think it's brilliant against the computer still! think I might try Fifa 15 at this price, anyone know if the online servers still work??
Just read the metacritic reviews... it can't be that bad can it ?!

I think those reviews are a bit silly, half of them just give it 0 because its the same game as previous Fifas

For £45 those reviews are right. For £3.32 then I would say it's worth buying.

I bought fifa 15 and got bored of it. It's so shallow. It forces you to play one way

I don't know why I'm not enjoying this years pes, the demo was amazing but every time I play online I got matched up with someone who has a rating of 300 more than me and I get destroyed, every shot they have goes in somehow and my team is brilliant too! Last year's pes I played every night it was brilliant too!

It's definitely hard to defend and easy to attack on pes so tough against good opponents. Matching opponents seems ok for me though and always within 50 of my rating one way or the other. Maybe check your matching settings are correct?
It could be that your team is too good, most players with a low rating are going to have a team rating of 2 or 3 max, so if yours is higher try playing a worse team until you get better. It matches team rating as a priority.

same here have been playing myclub for about 2 weeks and like it so far. "Signing" good players is a hit or miss though. Add me on psn if you want, same as my hukd username. I mostly play on friendly matches now, not too bothered playing on division mode after reaching D5...opponent players are either too high ranked or the lag is too significant.

tell me about it. At one time I've been matched with a player at rating 686 while me at 484. That's over 200 difference...I'm having a team rating of 3 though, almost unable to be promoted to D5....got really annoyed with the matching system. That's why I've decided to stop playing division. playing COM doesn't give you much credits either and the more good players you get, the harder to maintain your budget towards their contract renewal...

Try dropping to a team level of 2 and should guarantee closer matches (and also make sure you are A rated for disconnects).
For contract renewals, it's definitely hard if only using your top players. One way around it is using a full team of free players in a novice cup (vs com), farm gp and keep selling and replacing the free players, you earn about 1.8k per win and can just sell the free players and replace once their contract runs out.. Annoying and time consuming but a good way to ensure you can afford your top team for the rest of the time.

and that reminds me the other thing, in VS COM I've already got to the stage been forced to play at top player level medium strength. Still get a marginal win but there's no way I can sustain that way. It's actually harder to earn GP by playing vs COM now, ironically, as the GP multiplier for top player difficulty doesn't differ much from normal difficulty or professional...there are no options to play with any difficulty you want. It's closed to a dead end. If you lose you will have little GP and can't cover players contract, which is the reason I also refused playing vs COM sadly... I've also milked out all the GPs and coins I can get from achievements and from skill training mode (and I refuse to pay2win of course) I'm totally relying on daily bonus for now lol.
