It's pretty decent cheese, nothing like value cheese at all
Lets put it this way. I buy this cheese now instead of the rubbery Cathedral cheese.
Strength 4 is strong in taste, crumberly and doesn't sweat like cheaper cheese. There is a even stronger cheese no.6 which I have never tried because 4 was enough for me.
And another thing this cheese is always on offer in one size or another.
This Cheese is better than Sainsburys standard chesse.

I tried the strength 6 last time it was on offer and it is very nice. Much better than the Tesco version - which was rubbery and almost tasteless. :smile:

It's a lovely cheese, non of those crystallised bits you get in some of the cheaper brands. Has a lovely creamy texture.
