I got this yesterday from the Canadian store it cost approximately £12.85 including the 5% tax.
I got all the current dlc from the Brazilian store for £6.68 separately because the season pass is about £15 everywhere because new dlc is due out.

Buy via a VPN on the Canadian Xbox site is probably easiest! There's a guide somewhere on here somewhere :stuck_out_tongue: It's for buying from Columbia but the principle is the same, just substituted Columbia for Canada.
I got it from Russian Store for £12.90 as guessed Canadian tax would make it higher. Be careful which region you choose in Canada or you will make the same mistake I did and pay a lot of tax.

No the season pass is about £15 everywhere. I bought each DLC separately costing £6.68. Obviously the new DLC not released isn't included.
