Bought this the other day, great value for under a tenner. Arrived today.
Good quality and much more than I thought it would be for a dual sim at this price.
Great for the glovebox or outdoor activities where signal might be an issue.
Now have a spare back up phone with o2 and TalkMobile (Vodafone) sims wherever I go which with my main EE mobile means I now have coverage most places.
Might not be to everyone's taste but 2 extra networks in one mobile for £9.99 certainly hot from me so thought I would share it.

EXACTLY!, hence no 3 Network compatibility? (as 3 Network is obviously a '3G-enabled' Network, so not going to happen ..... )

I think you'll find that 21 is for unconditional divert, e.g it will always divert to the other number, no matter what, without even attempting to ring the original dialled phone.

Seems not I think the USA uses GSM 850/1900 bands this phone is GSM 900/1800 band.

So just to add when my main provider EE sim has no signal it diverts to my no1 o2 sim in this phone, when that has no signal it diverts to my no2 Talkmobile(Voda) sim.
Unreachable divert is **62*07XXXXXXXXX# and send/call button

EE still has 2G 1800mhz spectrum even though it moved some to 4G
