Shopto screwed me over with my pre-order I had for over a month so missed out at £13.85. Might pick this up instead! The game is great. Played it on PS3, cant wait to try this.

such an awesome game & it looks and runs superbly well on PC . about 60 hours of gaming here, absolute bargain.

absolute gem of a game. completed it on ps3 but bought again on pc and thoroughly enjoying it. the combat is just fantastic and the boss fights epic.

If my PC could run it I'd buy a PC copy even though I already own it on the 360.

One of the most underrated games i played last gen. It really is one of those games that you should ignore the reviews and what other people say about it and make your own mind up about it. Oh, it also has one of the worst demos to ever grace a game, so they never did themselves any favours in that dept. It put me right off the game and it was only when the extended version came out that I bought it on a whim.

Superb game bought at launch and have already chalked up over 12 hours. Had it for free on PS3 but couldn't stomach the framerate, probably the most enjoyable combat in an RPG alongside Dark souls and Bloodborne

Great price! But the only thing making me hold off is - if it's this price so soon, surely it won't be long before its silly cheap?

Ha, ha fortunately this Dark Arisen version of the game replaces the awful J-Pop tune with something more fitting. At least on the console the old song was replaced, I assume the PC version is the same. The replacement song is quite apt:

Yeah, the mage is arguably the most boring class in the game. If you want powerful magic spells the sorcerer is much better once that class is unlocked. I prefer the hybrid classes personally (magic archer and mystic knight). Mage is only useful for unlocking spells, augments and adding some points in magic damage. You can still do that with the other classes too though like the sorcerer.

IIRC some augments and skills may be class specific though ( mage gets equanimity which increases magic when health is low, apotropaism which increases magic defense although the sorcerer version of this augment is stronger, attunement which increases magic attack by 10% although yet again the sorcerer gets a stronger version of this augment too.)


Yeah, it does improve as later on you get access to portcrystals and ferry stones for fast traveling.

gutted, been waiting over a year for this to come to pc but as I have the console versions already, I was waiting for a cheap price.

The servers for PSN & Xbox seem to be "Unavailable' a lot these last few weeks & i was hoping that there would be more better built pawns on the PC version. i might have to pay a higher price as it is such a good game I'll l probably sink 60 hrs into it at least.

I imagine they will re stock it soon mate :smiley: cdkeys are quite good in that regard

Both very well made games mate, although the consensus seems to be Witcher 3 is an absolute gem where as DD:DA has a bit more of a cult following in the vein of the "Souls" series

Didnt get around to buying this last night. Just went to check out but it went out of stock in the process.

Fate tells me Im not supposed to own this game again.

Neither code listed here is available any more. Their Facebook page provided me with another two and they didn't work either.

witcher 3 is incredible, looks better, but for some reason i enjoy DD more, cant put my finger on why. The combat is better and it just has an amazing atmosphere
