Great game and well worth the price for the content.

depends since you don't get the DLC as part of the EA access, single DLC cost around £11 so...

Well, assuming you have a good pc, i would. The PS4 one doesnt have 'bad' graphics, but the frame rate really does drop at times. Its not comfy

I'm not sure how u don't understand that it should be cheaper for them if they earn less money. What u earn in a month takes them a year. If the shoe was on the other foot you would be playing a different tune.
3 hours pay on minimum wage is not that much when to pay £4 in Mexico would be roughly 1 week wage on minimum wage there. U sir have not heart :disappointed:

Why shouldn't they get there games cheaper?
Some countries work for less than $1 a day and that's roughly 60p to us. How would they afford games if they was paying uk prices ?
Granted Mexico don't earn $1 a day but it's not far off. What takes us 3 hours pay on minimum wage will take them a few days pay on there mexico origin account.
That's a bit harsh to say that's discrimination when they work hard for peanuts

You make a compelling argument for people using VPNs to save money not being the problem.
Do you realise this is an EA title? I think you might have stumbled into the wrong thread...

Tax doesn't fully account for the price difference between countries, so why is it fine for game companies (small or large) to price discriminant between countries for digital goods?

Is it worth paying the extra £7.50 for the DLC anyone know? wonder if my attention will get me through the main quest nevermind the additional content!

I don't know if the DLCs are worth it or not but the story of the main game really end in one of the DLC (trespasser) so there is that to consider

Sadly for your argument we are not talking about massive Google-esque corporations here, we are talking about developers with teams sometimes as small as 20 or so people who over the years have gone bust through the tiny profits passed down to them (unless of course they hit on AAA licences - in which case they're just going to be swallowed up by the likes of EA or Ubisoft). Many of the 80p games you can buy these days, and that I've posted, are games that have been passed around various publishers after the actual developers have long since shut down. But I'm sure you think this is a price worth paying so you can do your little VPN pretending to be in Mexico to save yourself 4 quid. So well done you. Let's keep the games industry nice, safe and bland shall we. And hey let's have some more DLC while we're at it.

You may be living under a rock for all I know but the rest of us live in world where the internet is changing how and what we consume so governments and companies will need to adapt to this changing world order. I mean they are quick to tell me when it suits them that this is global world and I have to adapt ...

You can do it in the UK, hence the questions.
Also reducing private companies profits is a little different from avoiding taxes that help pay for our NHS etc.
Presumably you don't use and of the discount codes on here to prevent floods of guilt-ridden tears if that company was to later go out of business...

I really liked DA:I but not willing to fork out £50 for the GOTY edition just to get the DLC, even trading in my copy of DA:I didn't make up the fact I could buy the DLC and the game cheaper on their own. A shame. But this is a great price for the game plus all DLC. I'd recommend the game, not quite as good as DA:O but then not many things are. I have it on PS4 and found it rather easy even on the hardest difficulty as long as you stayed at the high end of leveling and using the archer class.
EDIT: Just seen the PS4 version on shopto for £20.... tempted. Wonder how much I can get for my copy in cash.
EDIT2: Too late... I'll see if anywhere else reduces the price. Got Fallout 4 to play first.

I know I typed in "HotUKdeals" into my internet browser thing, but what's the price in Zimbabwe? :smirk:
In other news, Levi jeans cost about half what they do in the UK. Also, you can probably get a really big classic car in Columbia for about £200. GET OVER THE FACT YOU CAN'T DO ANY OF THIS AND YOU LIVE IN THE UK!!! :disappointed:
You're like the tax evading celebrities of this country thinking you're not harming anyone just cos you found a loophole. Did you ever consider that some developers might actually RELY on exchange rate differences.
Is the DLC worth buying/playing? I'd probably struggle to finish the main game.

'Dragon Age™: Inquisition - Edición Juego del año' costs £18.71. There is no discount on it whatsoever.
If the price for the game of the year goes down in Mexico as well I will buy it.
Nonetheless this is a good deal.
