Cracking price though I don't think it's worth it now due to my PS+ sub running out in just over a week. Is it still worth playing as a solo experience? I heard they improved the story content but it looks like the Grimoire Card things are still restricted to smartphone users only (which I don't have).

I love TheGameCollection and use them A LOT because of great customer service and normally next day delivery.....but they've put UP all their prices to compensate this 10% discount :disappointed: still a great place to buy, but feel a little cheated from their normal selling price

Yeah, increase prices 10%, then give a 10% discount. Saw the voucher earlier and was just thinking £18 might be too tempting for this, but as it stands I still have 3 or 4 games from Xmas.

It took 12 months but now it has some good content in there - especially for first timers. Issue is there's still quite a alot of grinding used to pad it out.

Yes you can, you just can't play crucible or strikes as they require psn

From what I've read/experienced...you can't play it offline? It won't let me do anything until I've connected when I go back to it out of suspend mode for example.
You can apparently play it if you're connected to PSN, without PS+ (which I get is what he asked I just assumed not having PS+ would= Offline in terms of the game).

Offline to me meant connected to psn but no ps+, in this scenario the game plays but restricts certain activities.
To you it meant not connected to internet whatsoever, in which case I wouldn't know the answer to that one. Apologies for the misunderstanding

I think that's a little unfair, to be honest. What you're in fact comparing to is their "flash deal" prices for individual games, which they always publicise as being temporary.

Is all the content on the disc, or does it come as DLC to redeem and the same base disc content as the original game? Thinking future resale value
(I have the limited edition version tho may sell on and get this to get the new stuff for less)

My understanding is that you get the standard Destiny retail disc and a redemption code for the two expansions and The Taken King.
