I was watching Amazon like a hawk waiting for that edition to be listed, but I still managed to miss it before it was sold out. However £292 is too rich for me even though I'm a huge Souls fan (have the Demon's, Dark 1 & 2 collectors editions).
I do expect both editions to be available before launch as I would imagine that some people will cancel their orders....that is the joy with pre-order now, pay later which is probably why Amazon is out of pre-order allocations whilst they still exist at Grainger (even at £20 cheaper!).

Seems like PS4 is the lead platform seller for this then. Sold out on that quicker than anything else except for GAME and its as usual inflated price. Annoyingly I may have to bite from them, I have all other Souls Collectors edition, can't not get this one.

PS4 version is still available for £80 at GraingerGames but they do charge straight away for pre orders.

Their terms say they will honour the lowest price as long as it isn't a pricing error. As the ps4 version is out of stock they may use that not to reduce the price. Other formats should be lower price.

I did manage to order the "normal" collectors edition at Amazon when it was listed at £86, and contacted them when they were doing the £10 off £50 spend so £76....it has been sold out on PS4 for quite a while now.
