better deal with bosch kettle @ tesco for £15?

What, the plastic one?
Prefer stainless steel myself, and the three year guarantee. The £15 similar russel hobbs one on tesco might well be a better deal though, as it appears just the trim and the colour of the led are different.

Just purchased one very similar in Tesco today for £15 still Russell Hobbs but I think it was called the Cambridge rather than Windsor can't see any difference apart from price.

Bought the 'Canterbury' one from Tesco today, and matching 2 slice Toaster - both £15 each, but went for black. Had a look in Currys but they didn't have the cream one in store. Also, the matching 'Windsor' toaster is 4 slice, which would be too big for us.
The 'Canterbury' and 'Windsor' seem very similar apart from the windsor has brushed steel finish at the bottom, wheras the cambridge is just black. Apart from that, the capacity and wattage look the same.
For reference/comparison, this is the Canterbury kettle...
I have this kettle, it's good but the matching toaster is not. Takes ages to toast and the sides get so hot, and it doesn't pop the toast out enough so you burn your fingers. Just in case anyone was getting a set!

Bought today, very happy so far. Just to say this is not the one for £15 currently on sale at Tesco. The currys items are £24.99 in Tesco.

Had one of these would NOT recommend after about eight months use constantly switched off when boiling. Very disappointing.

Good price and heat added, but not available to 'reserve and collect' near us... only 'pay and collect'.
Would like to see the colour 'in the flesh' as it were first, might just pop up tomorrow and see if the store has stock.

Is this classed as rapid boil 3000kw?

2 Jan 161#12
3000 watts is as rapid as you'll get with a UK Plug on it, 13 Amp x 230 Volt = 2990 Watts.

Just make sure you dont choose the kettle and toaster combo set as it works out at £37.99 whereas you buy both separately for £35.98
