tReds are a crap company as far as I'm concerned.
A few weeks ago I ordered a pair of Skechers of them and they took the payment, 6 days later they emailed me with a basic response of "sorry the item you ordered is now out of stock and we have refunded you" The same shoes and size were still showing as in stock for a few days after I ordered them on their ebay store.
I've a feeling they give priority to ebay buyers to avoid bad feedback if they over sell and run out of stock.
