I dont have this exact one, but I have a very similar one from Halfords (not the pro one!) which was £67 last year.
It's not pro quality, but I have no complaints!

I have it after someone posted it on here 9 months ago and got me interested but it wasn't really a deal just someone saying it was a good price. After heaving it to the car and then building it and realising how tiny it was I didn't have the energy to disassemble it and return it. It's too small to be of any use, but it depends what you have in mind.

Would say the Halfords one would be slightly better quality...

Picked it up earlier from argos finished assembling it
The pros
Cheap and cheerfull compared to the price of top quality chests
The cons
Really thin flimsy poor quality sides bases and top of chest and toolbox
Draws are appauling only had it together ten minutes and one jammed because of a bit of metal folded over as i slowly pushed the draw back
Whole unit is tiny but you know that from the dimemsions from site,
Not much space at all i filled the top biggest draw with a set of screwdrivers (around 20) and its full
It will do the job for me in my garage to keep my most used bits in so there easy to access etc
Glad i got it with £50 argos vouchers i had lying around would have been a bit miffed paying £50 notes for this

As far as I can see this is the same as the halfords one which was £50 in the January sales each year for several years.
I have two. They are thin steel but the drawers do the job, full of sockets and spanners etc. The friction slides are obviously inferior to roller bearings. However a good squirt with aerosol grease and they run really well. They get better over time. For the money the drawer part is good value. The base cupboard and castors (static only don't wheel it around) are poor but on balance a good buy.
Nothing better to do but video the friction slides in action. Not great but those are 3\4" sockets. Probably 15kg in one drawer. If I was a pro mechanic I would definitely want roller bearings though!
