just waited it out, got an email a few hours later to let me know my order was ready. The problem could well have been caused by the ad blocker I use as suggested above

well like i mentioned above did not received key so i emailed them what is the problem if they can check my order but no reply for 2 days im thinking maybe they run out of keys and yesterday i send them another email directly from their web page and then i got that email back not sure what they mean i failed provide appropriate information, well cant be bothered anymore i should not spend money on games anyway ;oDDDDDD
