It's a rebranded Archos 50 Cesium (oddly the Bush includes more storage at 16GB, and a higher res front camera), which is £20 more expensive. The processor is a Snapdragon 210, which is basically the same as the older SD400, just clocked 100mhz slower.
I like that they include an extra white battery cover, clear protective case and screen protector, as these are often hard to find for slightly obscure phones.
Hot from me.
To anybody buying this: Make sure to update the OS to the latest version, and also the store apps. I'm using a Lumia 550 at the moment, which still has a few niggles and bugs, but no showstoppers. Initially the phone was so buggy that it was almost unusable, the initial OS build (10586.0) isn't great, and the apps (such as 'Phone', 'Messaging'...etc) were beta versions from October 2015. Microsoft should really look into putting a sticker on the box warning people to expect a broken experience if updates aren't performed.

I got my mum a 4 inch Bush windows phone for £29 from Argos in the pre-Christmas sales, and it even came with a Lebara SIM with £10 top up.
It was her first dip into the Smartphone market, and is excellent. The qaulity of the phone seems as good as any of the big brands, and came with different battery back covers and a gel case. They even come with a two year warranty too!
With these Bush, you seem to get an awful lot for your money!

That section I'm not to sure about mate, as I've only got a Lumia handset running with WP8.1 installed on it - hopefully another member with WP10 can cover that bit for you.

Thanks. The problem was tracked down to:
1) The need to use Windows 10 mobile standard permissions allowing apps to access you calendar and contacts etc (I'd chosen custom installation when I set up the phone the first time as I thought Microsoft wanted to know too much). Switching these back to allow Microsoft to find out everything about me and my contacts allows the sync.
2) When adding POP3 settings manually via advanced set up it was necessary to suffix the incoming and outgoing server names to account for the POP and SMTP authentication. This is achieved by suffixing the standard names with a colon, the port number another colon and a 1 eg :995:1 or whatever the port numbers are. This is because the Windows 10 mobile free outlook mail app settings are very restricted, not like full Outlook settings, there is nowhere else to enter port numbers etc so you have to tag them on the end. The resulting string gets the job done.
Anyhow, now sync'd but can only see the inbox, where are sent items and junk mail etc?

Thank you to the OP. Purchased. Updated all apps etc. Everything is working except for email. I cannot for the life of me understand how to get the Outlook mail to download the email, it says not synced and when I click the sync at the bottom (2 swirling arrows) it just spins says syncing but then those words disappear and dots move along the top but no mail is downloaded. It is a BT Yahoo account. On my iPhone I just select Yahoo mail in the mail set up and enter email address and password and it downloads mail straight away. How do I set up on the Windows 10 phone? There are advanced settings available I think but only a limited number of input fields, no port number or SSL, some step by step instructions would be much appreciated. Thanks
Well I think I may get one,at that price is is a good deal and few good reviews from chaps on here! Thanks OP.

Picked mine up yesterday you get two rear snap on backs one white one black, you also get a screen guard and a tpu gel bumper case which is clear. The build quality is good and the camera is ok not brilliant but acceptable speaker is good windows 10 is good pretty snappy only annoying thing ive found is you cant charge the phone whilst its switched off it restarts itself if the charger is plugged in battery life seems good although top rear of the phone does get warm in use so time will tell I'm on the fence with mine ill give it a week then decide if I keep or return

+1 - Was considering replacing my aging Nokia 6303i Classic with a Lumia 435/640 but may go for this one instead, especially with it having the dual SIM support in place along with the 16GB internal storage to future proof it for W10M OS updates & apps that can't be transferred over to the MicroSDHC/XC cards.

Thinking of getting a WM phone for my mum.
I already got a Blu Win HD 5" LTE for my GF - and she's found it really easy to use + snappy (and it has all the apps she needs) Unfortunately Amazon have stopped selling them, and I cant find anywhere else to get them from so need to look at alternatives.
So its probably a toss up between this and the Lumia 640 (available from vodaphone for the same price, and I don't think any top-up is needed!)

There are separate phone and messaging applications for each SIM. You can switch between SIM's on the fly using a switch available in each app.
Only 1 SIM can be used for 4G data at any one time. You can switch which SIM you need for data in the SIM settings page. The secondary SIM will only work for calls and texts.

with the dual sim you choose what sim you want to use to call someone
so for example when you find the person you want to call it will come up with "call terry Number using sim 1
or "call terry number using sim 2)
