I had this exact coat when I was 8 and the other kids teased me mercilessly that it was a girl's coat. The colour maybe I don't know. Anyhow think carefully before putting your kids in harm's way.

Oh please enough of the sexist rubbish, great colour for boys or girls....so a man may wear a pink shirt with his suit but god forbid you dress your boys in a blue coat!! Jeez, so glad my confident little boy has all the colours of the rainbows and he knows they are all amazing.....teach them confidence by setting an example!

I loved mine and still have an old colour photo of me wearing it. It looked nice. Kids seemed a lot more bullyish than they do today so I'm sure the coat was just an excuse to express their nasty feelings. Hard to take such a philosophical view when you're 8 though :disappointed:
