I did recieve the body lotions

Just seen this thread - same thing happened to me - ordered online when in stock, got dispatch email, didn't receive any Chocomania Body Lotion in the parcel, queried it - was told by customer services that it was "not their policy to inform customers when something is unavailable nor guaranteed even if included in dispatch email sent" and that it was 'out of stock' at time of dispatching parcel but must have 'come back in stock', then OOS, then 'back in stock', then OOS again in the course of a week. I dont think they even believed what they were saying...
Not sure how this could happen though - the lotion was discontinued in 2014 (as per their own website "The Body Shop® Chocomania range was discontinued in 2014. The reason we discontinue products is because they have been slow sellers and to make way for new products with improved formulations. Ridiculous click-baiting and false advertising from such a big name brand. The irony of an ethical company....

Ended up receiving one lip balm and no body lotion!!!! Feel a bit duped. They did not inform me they were out of stock - it was on the paperwork delivered with my very tiny jiffy bag lip balm!

But my ordered has not been canceled until today when i sent an email enquiring! I think as ling as my ordered is not cancel they have to fullfil it

Ok now its really crap from the body shop, the chocomania lotion is not in the website. How it comes they cancel my order and sent chocomania for people ordered after my order was placed?

It's hellish nice the choccomania lotion is. I would order a few more bottles for my self if there were in stock can't see them anywhere at the moment

I have ordered on 1st of January and when i sent an email this morning inquiring about my order i got the previous reply!! I do not understand how its out of stock and its still showing in stock??

Finally got the Chocomania Lotion after it was omitted from first order.I placed another other for 10 bottles which was just delivered now.The 10bottles is for me and my siblings. Don't say she is greedy.

@toto123 I would contact them in that case I'm sure I ordered the same day , ordered just before posting up here . I would have got my order yesterday but was out so collected this morning .

I have ordered chocomania lotion on 1st of January and still not received anything and payment is pending!!

That's crap from body shop , I've to collect my order from my local collect plus store tomorrow so will find out if they have duped me as well. It does show on my confirmation and dispatch emails so fingers crossed . Think it's really bad they seem to be showing it in stock for a wee while then oos on and off everyday . Surely they should have to honour the orders that have order confirmation with body lotion ...

Not happy, just received my order with no body lotion. OOS but didn't bother to at least email in advance to let me know. Will be returning the other stuff too now, only brought them to just this.

Same here, order dispatch email does not include the Chocomania™ Body Lotion 250ml. Going into my account, it's on the order but now has a quantity of zero. However I have just looked and its in stock. Not happy at all. I have emailed them but they have done this to me before and will just say at the time of picking my order, the Chocomania™ Body Lotion 250ml was out of stock, etc.

My order dropped from £20.70 to £19.50 but they haven't changed me extra for postage as its now below £20.

Just sent them an email too.They are mischievous.

Same here, had an email yesterday to say it had been despatched, no chocomania lotion on the order though and no explanation either and today I have just had an email to say they are back in stock! Crafty, they've just had an irate email from me, they should just send these when they are in stock not expect me to reorder and either pay delivery or spend £20 for free delivery.

Aww gutted this has happened it shows on my order confirmation guess will see when it arrives if they have removed , I ordered immediately before posting .

Very disappointed. I don't mind paying £2.49 postage if I was getting several items, but now that my order has been reduced to only 2 items, it really wasn't worth it.
They should have given me the option of cancelling the whole order.
Sharp practice, I will go elsewhere.

Its an awesome sale. There's always some sort of 35%-50% offer on body shop with a code but the it works on top of the sale price, in store and online. That's something quite nice about body shop.
