found in Primark Manchester city centre on Market Street.. no reduced stickers but scanned through till at £1 rather than the price of £3 that was on the tag/price label attached to the item. Picture of receipt to follow in comments.

Lol sorry was trying to also get a better picture of label and receipt as well in case anyone wanted to get the code to check stock availability at their nearest store as well as proof of purchase for any doubters on here.
