Bird houses reduced in wilko's . Look after our feathery friends this winter. Basic bird houses at £1.50 but they are also selling a better variety for £2.50. The more expensive ones can be adapted to suit many birds including robins and wrens.

Just bought one of the £2.50 ones in Wilko. I came on here to post about it but I've clearly been beaten to it! They're still on sale at this price. Right bargain - nice quality

My mate has one on the side of his shed about 1.5 metres from the floor, every year a family of blue tits move in. He says he has cats in his garden all the time so I guess unless you give it a try, you'll never know. Birds nest in the funniest of places so I'm sure someone will move into it.

I'd like to get one of these but have a couple of cats and quite a few come into my garden. If this was fixed to the wall of a garden shed, do you think that any birds would actually use it seeing that cats do wander around the garden? Just wondering where other people put these up? Thank you.

I must have looked at ten, they are all slightly different but a bit of a rub down and they're good to go. The £2.50 ones are much better quality but at £1.50 you can't go wrong
