You're in luck, a System Shock remake was announced a few months back  I guess a remake of SS2 might happen if that sells well

Google Translate for the registration page is hilarious:

Damm site seems to be down at the moment. Also, is Rage worth a punt?

From what I've been told its pretty fun. It got ripped apart on PC as it was a drivel of a port apparently, although as far as I'm aware most of those issues were fixed. To be fair for less than an overpriced cup of coffee I bought it myself  Only time its been cheaper was last month by about 10p.

Bear in mind that Fallout 3 has mixed functionality on Windows 10 (doesn't work for me). Otherwise - hot!

There was a fix for it as it didn't work a lot of the time on Windows 7 (only officially supported xp from memory). Something to do with the game not liking multi-core setups. Here's the fix (I think). Might be worth a try. While the fix specifies stopping crashes I know for a fact my game on Windows 7 wouldn't even boot up before it :stuck_out_tongue:
Word of warning, if it does work. Save often in separate slots if you can. As much as I loved the game, it crashed more than it did on my 360! :disappointed: At least once an hour.

Been playing it for days on Win10 without issue. I had to install Microsoft Games For Windows before it would run but the Steam Client prompted me to do so. The only other issue I have had is the game not starting unless I had a microphone plugged in. There was a fairly easy fix and this steam thread lists a load of other tweaks and mods.

Yeah me too, was so happy when I heard! Oh and I should have said System Shock 3 was announced a month or so ago too. It's literally the best time ever for System Shock fans

Mine was on the website. Click on your account name after confirming your email and your games should be there

Any mods you'd recommend for Morrowind? I could imagine it benefits from some "modernisation" as such

I don't speak German. I've never studied German.
But it was so damned easy to purchase without needing to translate. When I couldn't get my key, I knew it was mentioning my email. When I hovered above the links, they said something about resending confirmation which I did. Still no email. So I checked my spam folder online (as I don't receive these) and the emails from site were there. Confirmed email. Steam key became available online.

This site worked great, translated the page and it was easy to follow, I was able to get my steam key instantly, got Morrowind and fallout NV goty. Not bad for £5.20!
Great deal, thanks for sharing!

I'm so confused, even after translating the pages I can't find my steam key is it on the website or in your e-mails?
How do we get the £2.50 price? Won't that depend on the exchange rate/fees on your card? Sorry never used this site before

Using paypal it cost me 10p more that the £2.50. It may be different if you pay via amazon or something.
Also hot, Fallout 3 GOTY, Fallout NV GOTY, Oblivion GOTY for £7.80 is really nice considering they were about £5 each during the steam sale that just ended

Good prices, I've got the recent games, fancied Morrowind and Oblivion but no native controller support makes it a no go for me. Shame.
Hot prices though

Re-Released as a HD remake on console I mean.
Also System shock and system shock 2 as HD remakes would be nice too : )

No real need for a new engine - the user hi-res mods for it make it look absolutely stunning compared with it's original release. Clunky combat system on the other hand....:stuck_out_tongue:

I would love them to do a new graphics engine on Morrowind it was my favourite too, but I did play on a console so don't know why they changed it so much for later ones.

Probably, I get bored of most games quite quickly these days :-( Have to resort to multiplayer games to keep my interest! Dota2 has had me hooked for years though, trying to wean myself off it slowly... :-P

Couldn't agree more! Morrowind had so much charm. Bethesda's main quest lines have been really bad for oblivion and skyrim in comparison (typical/boring/generic), maybe i'm just biased because morrowind was the first one I played. It is an absolute diamond in the rough.
Edit: Glass armour looked so cool in Morrowing compared to oblivion and skyrim :-(

Anyone know the reason why the deluxe version of Oblivion is always so much more than the others?
Will finally get Morrowind though

Everything after Morrowind was Morrowind Lite - cut down in scale for the benefit of the console kidz. Yes I'm fairly certain someone is going to tell me "there is hours and hours of gameplay in Skyrim!". But there were hours and hours and hours and HOURS and hours in Morrowind - then there were all the usermade quests, extra villages, etc etc.
