Heads up: if you have prime switching your address results in a "move" and invalidates prime.

That's not true. Many times I have ordered from the Amazon.com website. Your not a Prime customer on Amazon.com with your UK credentials. So I'm not sure why you feel that would be the case?

Because I did so and it invalidated my amazon prime. 2 weeks into a full year sub I might add.

I've switched my address on Amazon.com before and never lost Prime, whether that's changed recently I don't know.

I bought this from the Playstation Store 3 months ago for around £8 and didnt think it was worth it. About right at this price though.

I've used my US delivery address on my UK Prime many times, most recently when buying The Order 1886 for six quid, and it has never invalidated my prime. Many people have foreign delivery addresses n Prime. It's a delivery address, you can add or take away as many delivery addresses as you want. Maybe you actually tried to change your billing address or something, but something has gone wrong for you buddy.

Just alter the Delivery Address, not your Billing Address. Also, choose a state where there is no Sales Tax collected by Amazon (i.e. Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon)

It's now already been suggested. But it does sound like you have changed your billing address as opposed to just adding a new delivery address.

Ok I'll see if I can find my notes and try nail down what I did, I know i bought a usd xbox credit gift card at the time.... Would that have been treated different?
I apologise if I've caused any concern I just didn't want anyone else to lose a whole year like I did. Thank you everyone for the advice.
