This cheese won the gold award in 2015. For £1.25 you get a huge chunk of parmesan and a little cheese knife, in a nice presentation box. Sell by date is 20/04/2016. There were plenty left in Newton Mearns Asda. Yummy for any cheese lovers out there.

I can't seem to find this at the Asda site but if it really is 500 g of genuine 30-month parmigiano reggiano then it's a good deal even at £5 so £1.25 is almost unbelievable.

I bought this before Christmas at £5 (original price I think) and thought it great deal for half a kilo of 30 month parmesan irrespective of the little knife which comes with it - £1.25 is a cracking deal
