amazon usally price match the deals that tesco and asda have on. the starter kit is supposed to retail at about £100 or £150 but you can always get it somewhere for about £60-£70.
like "ellie27" said the events are only really good after if your local store dosent normaly stock it, and theres still stock left after the baby event it'll go into clearance. you can usally get the tommee tippee 6 packs of bottles for £5 after the event i've acctully seen them go as low £2.50 but it all depends of the stock they have left same with the sterilisers, buggys, toys, car seats, even cots (if its a big store that doesnt usally have them instoe)

Our Asda is 'opposite' Morrisons!
Morri's doing a baby and toddler event too (smaller vital stuff).
A few good deals here, but not everything is the cheapest you can get it for!

Be careful when buying from ebay. I learnt the hard way! I bought a similar cot to this and found out that it doesnt meet british requirements and my warranty was not valid. Better to stay safe and buy from reputable places.

Any idea why it says only 6 months guarantee with the Kinder Valley Kai compact cot?

Just Checked and All Kinder Valley items have a 12month warranty. Might be a Typo on Asda
I bought my 1st 6 years ago. 3 months ago i bought again for my 2nd baby. So with shipping u have 150pound and u have coconut foam buckwheat organic mattress, bed with DRAWER and 12 pcs bedding set.
I am more than happy especially because if i wpuld like to buy everything separate in UK then i have to pay muuch more. and its my 2nd buy.

Sainsbury's used to do good baby events with big discounts across their entire range. They only lasted a couple of days but it was always worth stockpiling a loft full of nappies. Haven't seen one in a while though.

It's live in my local ASDA. Oddly, the prices don't seem to have changed on any of the products from last week though.......

Because there are plenty of gullible fools even on HUKD. No real bargains and if anything many things were cheaper a few weeks ago

A lot of stuff to be had cheaper elsewhere, that said you can pick up some good bargains, especially near the end of the sale.

to be honest prices are not amazing on things, however I have noticed in their clothes they have good offers such as a free vest or grow in the multipacks etc so worth it for that. I've just had a baby and seem to need an ever supply of basic grows vests and bibs!

I do not think they are any good at all.....however at the end of the event my store clears all the stuff out and you get most things less than half the 'baby event' price!! I have had boxes of 144 pampers baby dry nappies for £6!
Opening post
Asda baby and toddler event starts on the 18th January!
Instore and online
