Thanks,the manager said the whole returns thing with shops and online is grey area.he said it needs simplifying.Will have a look at the post,Im after a parka coat,and all my local stores,bury,salford,Manchester Lowery have no parkas in store.might have a ring round tomorrow. :smiley:

Someone has just posted saying in their store everything is a fiver,I wonder if that store is earmarked for closure.

Manager said the business isn't going into admin,officers club is,which they are closing all of them,and some non profitable stores of blue inc.

Will look online again at some other stuff and buy with paypal so i can put a claim in if it does go under :smiley:

No by debit card. The reason I didn't pay via PayPal was I new PayPal had to be sent off..I thought debit could be done instore

How I read it is it's not going bust. But closing around 60 stores and axing 500 jobs. Keeping the most profitable stores open and moving to online more. A. Levy is going into administration., which I don't understated, if they own the business, how does the remaining stores stay open. I'm assured I'll get a refund. I'm going to try my luck at a different store tomorrow for a refund. Let's see what happens. Shame, The parkas are really well made, they're just to big for me. And no mediums left!!, I'd sell them for £15 each and get shut no problem, so I'm not to worried now.

That's the problem I am facing,I thought a simple refund in the shop.I contacted them and they said I will defo get a refund.But they are only customer service reps.I only bought 2 coats anyway in large.£12.75 each.both are to big.

The problem is you may never get your refund if you send items back now.

Don't know what to do now, I escalated a claim with paypal a week ago, and on wednesday I got an email from blueinc telling me that my order was shipped (well I don't need it anymore but thanks for that). Now I have received my stuff but one item was missing and it says on the sheet that it was refunded, but it wasn't as I have checked with paypal. I am scared to actually send the stuff back now as I might won't see my money again, so I decided to wait until 12th of January until the claim should be closed. Oh and on the website it says that the full order was actually refunded, but I still received my stuff with one item missing and they never bothered to reply to the claim that I have escalated with paypal. I think the company is going bust anytime now, as there's seem to be a lot of miscommunication going on. By the way everything is £10 by the looks of it now.

Yes indeed I must admit I was suspicious ,,I just thought when I collect my stuff if anything doesn't fit etc ill refund in the store.But they can only give credit note as it's a sale item.I will return via royal mail or collect+ ,both are free.

Got myself some jackets but they done fit,I collected instore,the las said they only give credit note back on sale items instore .So I will have to send my stuff back free of course in the post. Just hope by time it gets there and they process it they are able to refund,considering the recent news of the company.

Now most of the stuff is even cheaper.

Well I received my order today. They refunded me for two of the items that were in the order (the two items I was most looking forward to). Only received an email about this today. After I purchased these items they were still in stock for a long time so not sure how the control system works!

My god there seems to be some people on here that have the patience of a 2 year old,i hope they never have to wait for anything really important instead of a few £ worth of discounted clothes.
Maybe they should of taken into account that it's the busiest time of year for retailers and delivery services + %50 SALE and stopped talking nonsense about the company going belly up or scamming the customers just because they have nothing else to occupy there minds with while they waited.

Anyway i just thought i would let the more patient of us know that i received a email this morning saying that my order has been shipped.So im sure the rest of you wont have much of a wait left too.

jump back to 15pounds on the payment process , even with discount code on , see if i could cancel my order

Hmmmm - Some items I ordered are still on their site. No mention of how long the 'stock' might take to arrive. I think I'll try to cancel the lot !

ive been told that they had so many order over christmas that they are just a bit behind. The offer of everything under £15 has overwhelmed them so they are working through the backlog.
I have an order from 2 days before christmas eve which hasnt arrived yet and been told it should be sent out within the next few days. Keeping in mind the the delivery was free anyway i'm not complaining

Anybody had any postage confirmation from Blue Inc?
Its early days but my order still reads at only payment accepted - reading online they are getting slated for severe pre xmas delays... part of me thinks they are going into admin and trying to fleece as much money as they can before it goes belly up. I dont care if they take 1 month as long as it arrives...

Well get yourself a descent device that just works then as it's fine with a PC & firefox web-browser.

It's not much better. Their stuff is made in the same factories as much of Primark's clothes. These lines are made to a price, quality isn't really a factor. They are certainly not made to last.

code only works above £30 otherwise the delivery wipes this out ie ordered 2 jackets free delivery £30 applied code price now £29.50 lol

I went to the stores and got some bits at Bicester and Banbury as they had stock of stuff. Also i always use paypal on their website when they offers. A lot of stuff is either branded twisted soul or other but is the same as some "higher price" stores just with different labels... bit like whats done with electricals and TV's these days.. all made in the same factory but people pay more for better known brands. The parker i got almost if not exactly the same as what i have seen in a burtons store. (i used to work at a blue inc store and i know they often get cancelled order stock from some major brand high street names and just get one of their own brands added to them) so all in all i would say a bargain worth having.

You don't have to pay to send the items back using collect+ or royal mail, it's free.

Yeah I know but I've paid by paypal to get the purchase protection. But if I need to return anything I want to send it by myhermes because it is the cheaper than collect plus or royal mail. Anyone know if that's possible?

The returns are free to store, via post, and via collect+, you cannot return items to store if you paid with paypal. That's what I meant :smiley:

Can you return by myhermes because that is the cheapest way to return them if you've paid by paypal?

The Returns are free to store, however If you pay with paypal you can only exchange the items in store and therefore if you want to return them for a refund you have to return via post or collect+

That's a shame, that's the only payment method that offers payment protection.

Most of their stuff is made in Turkey, it has quite a good quality for the price, although the orders not turning up is a bit concerning, but I hope paypal covers just in case :smiley:

Placed an order on 3 pairs of shoes (2 my actual size, 1 lower size as they are really nice, but my size oos) And on 2 Jackets which are lower than my actual size, but they were really nice. Paid with Paypal no issues with payment at all, and I thought that Paypal might cover if this go wrong.

i used google chrome and microsoft edge, said problem with your payment contact your merchant, called the bank, they said no problems on their end, 2 trasactions showing under pending, they gave me approval codes ? don't know what to make of it , reminds me of the problems with ****, took me months to get my money back

I ordered before Xmas and got mine Xmas eve. I suspect more down to the courier workloads at Xmas than blue Inc.
