Has anyone else found that the Yoshi does not stand up very well? I.e. It's legs are slightly doing the splits so it cannot stand on the flats of its feet?
Trying to determine if I've received a poorly made one if I should swap for another one

If you cut the top of the box off, it folds into a little stand that goes between his legs to stop him falling over.
Did anyone have their flubit order arrive actually from Argos?
Flubit baffles me.

Yes mine came today from Argos also, without any question... An Argos branded delivery van brought it to me
Had this before with Amazon, flubited an Amazon URL, and ended up being dispatched from Amazon.
Flubit is a strange one. I think its fine and safe with media like things such as DVD, Computer Games, or things that really have next to no chance of being damaged. I did however get a Penny Falls Arcade Machine of all things once via Flubit with which the electronics just did not function and was a faulty unit. Because the contract was with Flubit as purchased through them I had to deal with them but I could not get anywhere with Flubit re refunds etc, that side of the customer service has a bad reputation. So stick to this type of Flubit usage is my advice.

I think I saw this reduced in the Oxford Game for about £19. They had so many different ones reduced I can't be certain. The standard one was £11.99.

Wouldn't really do much with it. It's a soft toy plush so it'd be somewhere around the room.

What about all those months your gonna lose of getting to cuddle up to your giant yoshi yarn at bedtime? Is it really worth waiting for a £15ish deal, could be a while.

It might pay to try again. I've just got one for £21.47. Well pleased. Cheers OP

I'll bite when it's £15. :stuck_out_tongue:
I do recall seeing this Giant Yarn Yoshi at GAME and it really was big! But eh, it's just a plush anyway.

Thanks, I tried both methods earlier. The direct from Argos link did work in the end, and came back with £24.86 as best offer from Fireworks, saying it was saving me £4.08. It was basing the saving on Argos charging £24.99 + £3.95 delivery.
The other way as you suggest using the direct HUKD link came back with £21.56 also from Fireworks which is not bad and have snapped up.
I suspect the Giant Yarn Amiibo will have a deal posted at £19.99 or cheaper sooner or later, but for now this is a fab deal.

You need to follow the link at the top of this page and then use that web url on Flubit. If you visit the Argos site directly then it won't work for some reason.

This is so cute, take my money and my heart Argos!
Ideal for adult players who could still then buy the Amiibos and keep them unopened for collecting if they wish. I don't think parent will get away with telling the kids, "see this little plastic circle here, this is all 100 amiibos in one!".

Problem is with knitting, unless you are an expert and have a decent pattern to follow there are some very [sketchy] results

Flubit are saying: "I'm sorry, we will not be able to create you a better offer on this product."
Guess they got one too many requests for them to cope with or facilitate after this deal post.

does the mega unlock anything extra in Mario maker or yoshi above normal yarn one? or is it just mega cute

No Mario Maker for this one sadly. Read only access for MP10 and Toads Treasure Tracker though and some other games. It is all on the Amiibo compatibility list at Nintendo website here: http://www.nintendo.com/amiibo/compatibility
